Effective immediately, Psi Upsilon fraternity can resume all social and new member education activities after suspending activities on January 30. The Office of Fraternities, Sororities, and Independent Living has completed an investigation, concluding that the initial allegations were not accurate.

Psi Upsilon may take advantage of the full benefits of recognition in accordance with the recognition policy.
