Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. placed on probationary recognition
Effective immediately, interim suspension of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. which was imposed on April 18, 2017, is lifted, and the chapter is placed on probationary status, for a period of one year,as a result of incidents determined to include causing a disturbance and failure to respect health and safety. The chapter will be required to regularly meet with leadership of the Multicultural Greek Letter Council (MGLC) as well to make sure they are fulfilling the expectations of membership for MGLC chapters. If the chapter is found responsible for a material violation of community policies or protocol during the period of Probationary Recognition Status, chapter recognition will be reconsidered.
